| Abstract: | В статье актуализирована проблема соблюдения принципов создания и деятельности политических партий, дано описание их сущности. Обоснована связь принципов деятельности партии с демократическими принципами (коллегиальности принятия решений, гласности, свободы критики, выборности руководящих органов и пр.), а также принципом демократического централизма. Раскрыт потенциал соблюдения принципов партийной деятельности в формировании политической культуры участия, диалога, преодоления разногласий и согласования интересов в контексте деятельности Всебелорусского народного собрания. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article actualizes the problem of compliance with the principles of establishment and activity of political parties, describes their essence. The article substantiates the connection between the principles of party activity and democratic principles (collegiality of decision-making, publicity, freedom of criticism, electability of governing bodies, etc.), as well as the principle of democratic centralism. The potential of observing the principles of party activity in the formation of political culture of participation, dialogue, overcoming differences and harmonization of interests in the context of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly is revealed. |
