| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются основные принципы организации эффективной работы команды в рамках проектной деятельности. В условиях современного высококонкурентного рынка успешное выполнение проектов во многом зависит от правильной структуры проекта и грамотного распределения ролей среди участников. Ключевыми элементами эффективного управления командой являются чёткое распределение обязанностей, планирование задач, налаженная коммуникация и оперативное разрешение конфликтов. Отдельное внимание уделяется важности гибких систем контроля и использования современных цифровых инструментов для мониторинга задач |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the basic principles of organizing effective team work within the framework of project activities. In today's highly competitive market, the successful implementation of projects largely depends on the correct structure of the project and the competent distribution of roles among the participants. The key elements of effective team management are a clear division of responsibilities, task planning, well-established communication and prompt conflict resolution. Special attention is paid to the importance of flexible control systems and the use of modern digital tools for monitoring tasks |
