| Abstract: | Рассмотрен методический подход к оценке эффективности бюджетных расходов, включающий три аспекта: экономичность, результативность и экономическую эффективность. Рекомендованы индикаторы результативности бюджетной политики Республики Беларусь и наиболее крупных направлений бюджетных расходов: образования, здравоохранения и национальной экономики. Представлен алгоритм расчета индексов результативности бюджетных расходов и определены возможности и условия их применения в Республике Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the paper a theoretical model of assessing the effectiveness of budget expenditures was considered, which includes three aspects: economy, efficiency, effectiveness. Indicators of the effectiveness of the budget policy of the Republic of Belarus and the largest areas of budget expenditures: education, health care and the national economy are recommended. An algorithm for calculating Public Sector Performance Index is presented and the possibilities and conditions for its application in the Republic of Belarus are determined |
