| Abstract: | Проблема соотнесения или соотносимости угроз и видов безопасности страны обусловлена отсутствия в теории строгих критериев установления такого соответствия или взаимной связи. Предлагается в основе ее решения использовать природоцентричную парадигму, в основу которой положено применение критериев природного соответствия: «природа причины возникновения угрозы»; «природа источника угрозообразующего фактора»; «природа угрозы или опасности», определяемых видом безопасности страны. Исходя из сформулированной парадигмы обоснована концепция многоуровневой организации поэтапного обеспечения финансовой безопасности страны на упреждение |
| Abstract (in another language): | The problem of correlating or correlating threats and types of security of a country is due to the lack of strict criteria in theory for establishing such correspondence or mutual connection. It is proposed to use a nature-centered paradigm based on the application of criteria of natural conformity: «the nature of the cause of the threat»; «the nature of the source of the threat-forming factor»; «the nature of the threat or danger», determined by the type of security of the country. Based on the formulated paradigm, the concept of a multi-level organization of step-by-step provision of a country's financial security in advance is substantiated |
