| Abstract: | Рассматриваются аспекты изменения структуры рынка труда под воздействием цифровизации и роста платформенной экономики. Анализируется влияние цифровой трансформации на качество занятости и влияние развития цифровой экономики на структуру занятости во вторичных и третичных отраслях экономики. Подчеркивается, что цифровая трансформация оказывает глубокое влияние на рынок труда и на многие потребности в знаниях и навыках работников, а технологические инновации, обусловленные цифровой трансформацией, оказывают значительные изменения в спросе на рабочую силу в различных секторах и отраслях, включая качество занятости, структуру рабочей силы и требования к квалификации. Предлагается, что для достижения соответствия рынка труда потребностям экономики необходима интеграция образования и обучения с занятостью |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers aspects of changing the structure of the labor market under the influence of digitalization and the growth of the platform economy. It analyzes the role of digital transformation on the quality of employment and the impact of digital economy development on the employment structure in the secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy. It is emphasized that digital transformation has a profound impact on the labor market and on many knowledge and skill needs of workers, and technological innovations caused by digital transformation have significant changes in labor demand in various sectors and industries, including employment quality, labor force structure, and skill requirements. It is suggested that in order to achieve the alignment of the labor market with the needs of the economy, it is necessary to integrate education and training with employment |
