| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности и основные результаты внешнеполитической деятельности РСФСР в 1990—1991 гг. Цель статьи — оценка сущности и особенностей российской внешней политики и дипломатии в условиях нарастания кризисных явлений в СССР. Новизна статьи заключается в анализе основных параметров внешнеполитической деятельности РСФСР в составе более крупного интеграционного объединения в условиях кризиса этого объединения и раскрытии роли руководства РСФСР в ликвидации Союза ССР. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что оно позволяет выявить особенности формирования приоритетов внешней политики России в исторической ретроспективе |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the features and main results of the RSFSR’s foreign policy activities in 1990—1991. The purpose of the article is to assess the essence and features of Russian foreign policy and diplomacy in the context of the growing crisis phenomena in the USSR. The novelty of the article lies in the analysis of the main parameters of the RSFSR’s foreign policy activities as part of a larger integration association in the context of the crisis of this association and the disclosure of the role of the leadership of the RSFSR in the liquidation of the USSR. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that it allows us to identify the features of the formation of priorities of Russia’s foreign policy in historical retrospect |
