| Abstract: | В январе 2024 года был подписан новый план сближения на ближайшие три года – «Основные направления реализации договора о создании Союзного государства на 2024–2026 годы» [1]. В феврале этого года Национальным Банком Республики Беларусь была опубликована подробная Концепция цифрового белорусского рубля [2]. В рамках научной работы рассмотрено создание основы для введения цифровой валюты Союзного государства России и Беларуси (далее – СГРБ) после возможного введения в силу 22 статьи (о единой денежной единице) Раздела III Договора между РФ и Республикой Беларусь «О создании Союзного государства» |
| Abstract (in another language): | In January 2024, a new convergence plan for the next three years entitled «The main Directions for the Implementation of the Agreement on the Creation of the Union State for 2024–2026» [1] was signed. In February of the same year, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus published a detailed Concept of the digital Belarusian ruble [2]. Within the scope of scientific research, the establishment of the foundation for the introduction of the digital currency of the Union State of Russia and Belarus following the potential enforcement of Article 22 (on a single monetary unit) of Section III of the Treaty on the Creation of a Union State of Russia and Belarus has been considered |
