| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents an analysis of the dynamics of average interest rates on loans from the banking system of the Republic of Belarus in Russian rubles for the period from January 2022 to April 2024. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the dynamics of the resource cost indicator in the currency of the main trading partner of the Republic of Belarus during a period of high volatility of this parameter on national financial market with the influence of external and internal risk factors in the Russian economy |
