| Abstract: | Article deals with the issues of securing of the constitutional right of everyone to a conducive environment and to compensation for loss of damage caused by the violation of this right. It is covered the role of the state in supervision over the rational utilization of natural resources in order to protect and improve the living conditions, in the preservation and restoration of the environment. Special attention is given the legal basis of international cooperation of the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of environmental protection. |
