Abstract

The article covers the peculiarities of the essence of the property to the natural objects and resources. At present time the property to the natural objects and resources comprises of both the possibility of possession, usage and disposal and the obligations before society. A proprietor shall assume the obligations to use the objects in question so that not to interfere with the interests and conditions of vital activities of other persons. There are conclusions that the double nature of the right of a proprietor to the land and to other natural resources, which is reflected in the execution of one in two ecological and economic function, shall draw together the institutions of property and the right to nature protection and that currently the state right of property on the natural resources is a hindrance of enviromental protection.
