| Abstract: | Рассмотрены методологические подходы к совершенствованию системы интеллектуального обеспечения инновационной деятельности в рамках стратегии устойчивого социально-экономического развития (НСУР). Показана необходимость интенсификации научно-исследовательской деятельности промышленных предприятий, разрабатывающих инновационные решения в области материаловедения, энергосберегающих технологий, переработки технологических отходов и амортизированной продукции. Предложено в качестве эффективного направления реализации НСУР расширение кластерного подхода к созданию научно-учебно-производственных структур, интегрирующих интеллектуальные потенциалы научных, учебных и производственных учреждений и организаций, обеспечивающего синергический эффект в разработке инноваций нового поколения и их реализацию в промышленном производстве. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article considers methodological approaches to improving the system of intellectual support of innovation activity within the framework of the National Strategy for Sustainable Socio-Economic Development (NSDS). The necessity of intensifying the research activities of industrial enterprises aimed at developing innovative solutions in the field of materials science, energy-saving technologies, processing of technological waste and amortized products is shown. It is proposed to expand the cluster approach to the creation of scientific, educational and production structures that integrate the intellectual potential of scientific, educational and production institutions and organizations, providing a synergistic effect in the development of new-generation innovations and their implementation in industrial production as an effective direction for the implementation of the NSDS. |
