| Abstract: | Статья посвящена определению влияния социокультурных аспектов на формирование стратегий международного бизнеса на примере анализа опыта Starbucks в Китае. Указывается, что компания Starbucks при продвижении в КНР, помимо использования собственной стратегии, апробированной в США и других странах, принимает во внимание особенности китайской культуры и традиций: адаптирование гастрокультуры, отсылки к искусству и истории, учет специфических феноменов коммуникации («гуаньси», «мяньцзы», «сяо») |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the determining of general social and cultural aspects of international business strategies based on an analysis of the experience of Starbucks in China. It is indicated that Starbucks, in addition to using its own strategy, tested in the USA and other countries, takes into account the characteristics of Chinese culture and traditions: adaptation of gastroculture, references to art and history, paying attention to specific phenomena of communication (“guanxi”, “mianzi”, “xiao”) |
