| Abstract: | Исследование посвящено анализу «войн памяти» в Европейском союзе и роли мемориальных законов в этих конфликтах. В частности, рассматриваются примеры законодательных инициатив в Польше, Германии, Франции и других странах ЕС. В работе подробно анализируются последствия мемориальных законов для международных отношений и внутренней политики. Приведены конкретные примеры мемориальных законов и конфликтов относительно исторических интерпретаций истории Второй мировой войны, рассмотрены юридические аспекты и международные дебаты. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The study is devoted to the analysis of the «memory wars» in the European Union and the role of memory laws in these conflicts. In particular, examples of legislative initiatives in Poland, Germany, France and other EU countries are considered. The paper analyzes in detail the consequences of memorial laws for international relations and domestic policy. Specific examples of memorial laws and conflicts regarding historical interpretations of the history of the Second World War are given, legal aspects and international debates are considered. |
