| Abstract: | Исследуются перспективы наращивания инновационного потенциала белорусских университетов. Инновационный потенциал описывается как ключевой фактор развития образования, науки и экономики Республики Беларусь. Отмечается, что в условиях глобализации и ускоренного технологического прогресса важно не только анализировать текущие тренды общественного развития, но и прогнозировать его динамику. Рассматриваются перспективные направления деятельности университетов по наращиванию инновационного потенциала, в частности инвестирование в цифровизацию образовательного процесса, развитие практического обучения, налаживание сотрудничества с секторами национальной экономики. Принятие мер в указанных направлениях будет способствовать устойчивому развитию образовательной среды и подготовке высококвалифицированных специалистов, востребованных на рынке труда. Приводятся данные экспертного опроса на тему инновационного потенциала белорусских университетов. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для совершенствования системы управления в сфере университетского образования Республики Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The prospects for increasing the innovative potential of Belarusian universities are being explored. The inno- vative potential is descibed as a key factor in the development of education, science and economy of the Republic of Belarus. It is noted that globalisation and accelerated technological progress, it is important not only to analyse account current trends in social development, but also to predict its dynamics. Perspective areas of the university’s activities to biuld innovative potential are considered, in particular, investing in digitalisation, development of practical training and cooperation with sectors of the national economy. Taking measures in these directions will contribute to sustainable development of the educational environment and the training of highly qualified specialists in demand in the labour market. Provides data from an expert survey regarding the innovative potential of Belarusian universities. The results obtained can be used to improve the management system in the field of university education in the Republic of Belarus. |
