| Abstract: | Прослеживается сложный и противоречивый процесс формирования инженерно-технической интеллигенции в период СССР. Анализируется взаимодействие данной социальной группы и государственной власти в советское время и в годы современной России. Показывается, как происходил переход от противоречивых отношений государственной власти и инженерно-технической интеллигенции к их сотрудничеству. Исследуется процесс формирования новой советской интеллигенции. Акцентируется внимание на политике советских властей по отношению к данной социальной группе, а также на изменениях, происходивших в сознании и поведении ее представителей. Анализируются попытки сотрудничества инженерно-технической интеллигенции и государственной власти, а также ошибки и просчеты в их взаимоотношениях. Делаются выводы о роли технических специалистов в экономике современной России. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author traces the complex and contradictory process of formation of the engineering and technical intel- ligentsia during the USSR period. The interaction of this social group and the state authorities in Soviet times and in the years of modern Russia is analysed. It shows how the transition took place from the contradictory relations of state power and engineering and technical intelligentsia to their cooperation. The process of formation of the new Soviet intelligentsia is investigated. Attention is focused on the policy of the Soviet authorities in relation to this social group, as well as the changes taking place in the consciousness and behaviour of its representatives. Attempts at cooperation of the engineering and technical intelligentsia and the state authorities are analysed, as well as mista kes and miscalculations in their relationship. Conclusions are drawn about the role of technical specialists in the economy of modern Russia. |
