| Abstract: | Представлен анализ нормативно правовой базы по развитию цифровых технологий в логистике. Выделена актуальность исследования законодательных актов в данной области. Исследованы нормативные акты, затрагивающие аспекты внедрения инноваций в сфере логистике как в Республике Беларусь, так и в контексте интеграционных процессов. Сделано заключение о том, что существует проблема фрагментарного законодательного закрепления использования цифровых технологий в логистике. Предложено создание единой концепции развития логистики с конкретными практическими шагами на основе применения цифровых инновационных технологий и формированием цифровой логистической платформы |
| Abstract (in another language): | An analysis of the regulatory framework for the development of digital technologies in logistics is presented. The relevance of the study of legislative acts in this area is highlighted. Regulatory acts affecting aspects of the implementation of innovations in the field of logistics both in the Republic of Belarus and in the context of integration processes are studied. It is concluded that there is a problem of fragmentary legislative support for the use of digital technologies in logistics. It is proposed to create a unified concept for the development of logistics with specific practical steps based on the use of digital innovative technologies and the formation of a digital logistics platform |
