| Abstract: | В публикации затрагивается значимость международных перевозок грузов через Республику Беларусь в контексте её расположения в Восточной Европе. Также освещается актуальная проблема введение секторальных и персональных санкций на автомобильную перевозку груза по территории Республики Беларусь и стран Евро Союза. На основе этого рассматривается новация в управление международных цепей поставок в виде автомобильной перевозки с нулевой ставкой НДС. Представлена логистическая схема экспорта товаров по территории Республики Беларусь и территории Евро Союз для применения НДС 0%, определено место реализации в отношении товаров, помещенных под таможенною процедуру таможенного склада, таможенного транзита. Проведен анализ экономической обоснованности использования нулевой ставки НДС |
| Abstract (in another language): | The publication touches upon the importance of international cargo transportation through the Republic of Belarus in the context of its location in Eastern Europe. The article also highlights the urgent problem of the introduction of sectoral and personal sanctions on the road transportation of goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the countries of the Euro Union. Based on this, an innovation in the management of international supply chains in the form of automobile transportation with a zero VAT rate is considered. A logistic scheme for the export of goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the territory of the European Union for the application of 0% VAT is presented, the place of sale for goods placed under the customs procedure of a customs warehouse and customs transit is determined. The analysis of the economic feasibility of using a zero VAT rate is carried out |
