| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problem of professional choice and career development of future specialists, when the support and support of career orientations of the individual moves from the plane of scientific research into practice-oriented programs and special courses. The authors share their own experience of teaching special courses “Personal and professional development of a teacher-researcher” and “Technologies of designing and developing a professional career” for students and undergraduates of the specialty “Scientific and pedagogical activity”. |
