| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию построения оптимальных взаимоотношений участников корпоративных структур в условиях инновационного развития экономики и ее цифровой трансформации. | Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the study of building optimal relationships between participants in corporate structures in the conditions of innovative development of the economy and its digital transformation. The prerequisites for organizing effective corporate interaction between united business entities have been identified. The role of innovation in the implementation of this process has been studied.
