| Abstract: | Развитие национальной экономики Российской Федерации в неблагоприятных геополитических условиях, вызванных беспрецедентным санкционным давлением недружественных России государств, и обострившаяся в связи с этим технологическая зависимость промышленного сектора российской экономики требуют разработки новой экономической политики, соответствующей сложившимся условиям функционирования экономической системы России. В статье в качестве теоретической основы новой экономической политики предлагается применять институциональную экономическую теорию. Отмечается тот факт, что институционализм как новое направление теоретической экономики был разработан учеными Соединенных Штатов Америки на основе анализа влияния на экономическое развитие политической и правовой систем Северной Америки, культуры американского народа, существенно отличающихся от политико-правовой системы России и менталитета российского народа. Делается вывод о возможности применения американского институционализма к анализу социально-экономического развития российского общества при условии его адаптации к политической и правовой системе России и социальным ценностям, поддерживаемым российским обществом |
| Abstract (in another language): | The development of the national economy of the Russian Federation in unfavorable geopolitical conditions caused by unprecedented sanctions pressure from states unfriendly to Russia and, in connection with this, the aggravated technological dependence of the industrial sector of the Russian economy require the development of a new economic policy that corresponds to the current conditions of the functioning of the Russian economic system. The article proposes to use institutional economic theory as a theoretical basis for the new economic policy. It is noted that institutionalism as a new direction of theoretical economics was developed by scientists of the United States of America based on an analysis of the influence on the economic development of the political and legal systems of North America, the culture of the American people, which differ significantly from the political and legal system of Russia and the mentality of the Russian people. The conclusion is made about the possibility of applying American institutionalism to the analysis of the socio-economic development of Russian society, provided that it is adapted to the political and legal system of Russia and the social values supported by Russian society |
