| Abstract: | Природные ресурсы играют важную роль в национальном развитии. В данной статье рассматриваются текущее положение и проблемы системы управления природными ресурсами в современных условиях. Считается, что реформа системы управления природными ресурсами определенно будет проведена в направлении более централизованной модели управления, а построение системы будет более комплексным. Автор проясняет проблемы при построении системы управления природными ресурсами и системы развития с точки зрения трех аспектов объекта управления, субъекта управления и обеспечения управления, что поможет нам в дальнейшем задуматься о направлении развития системы управления природными ресурсами |
| Abstract (in another language): | Natural resources play an important role in national development. This article discusses the current situation and problems of the natural resource management system in modern conditions. It is believed that the reform of the natural resource management system will definitely be carried out in the direction of a more centralized management model, and the system construction will be more comprehensive. The author clarifies the problems in the construction of the natural resource management system and the development system from the three aspects of management object, management subject and management guarantee, which will help us further think about the direction of the development of the natural resource management system |
