| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены теоретические вопросы основ управления инвестиционным потенциалом проектной организации с точки зрения эффективности. Цель данного исследования – определить теоретическую основу для оценки эффективности управления архитектурно-строительной компанией. Для достижения цели авторами предложены принципы эффективного управления, которых следует придерживаться при руководстве компанией. Определены цели и задачи, а также комплекс показателей для оценки инвестиционного потенциала проектной организации и степени эффективности деятельности предприятия |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article examines the theoretical issues of the fundamentals of managing the investment potential of a project organization from the point of view of efficiency. The purpose of this study is to define a theoretical framework for assessing the management effectiveness of an architecture and construction company. To improve the efficiency of resource management of an organization, principles that should be followed when managing a company are proposed. Goals and objectives are defined, as well as a set of indicators for assessing the investment potential of the project organization and the degree of efficiency of the enterprise |
