| Abstract: | Данная статья посвящена анализу состояния рынка жилой недвижимости в период за 2012-2023 годы в областных центрах и столице Республики Беларусь, а также выявлению факторов, влияющих на стоимость жилья г. Минска. В работе подчеркивается, что рынок жилой недвижимости в Беларуси является важной составляющей экономики, обеспечивая население жильем, а строительную отрасль – инвестициями. Однако, наиболее активное развитие данного рынка наблюдается непосредственно в городе Минске. В исследовании уделяется внимание различным подходам к моделированию рынка жилой недвижимости и проводится регрессионный анализ, чтобы определить, какие факторы и с какой силой влияют на стоимость жилья в Минске |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article is devoted to the analysis of the residential real estate market in the period from 2012 to 2023 in the regional centers and the capital of the Republic of Belarus, as well as to the identification of factors affecting the cost of housing in Minsk. Minsk. The article emphasizes that the residential real estate market in Belarus is an important component of the economy, providing the population with housing and the construction industry with investments. However, the most active development of this market is observed directly in the city of Minsk. The study focuses on different approaches to modeling the residential real estate market and conducts regression analysis to determine which factors and with what strength affect the cost of housing in Minsk |
