| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблеме разработки немецким руководством Стратегии национальной безопасности ФРГ как первого в истории послевоенной Германии документа, определяющего комплексный подход к проблемам безопасности. Принятый в июне 2023 г. документ стал отражением подхода на секьюритизацию внешней и внутренней политики Германии, получившего распространение на фоне эскалации украинского кризиса в феврале 2022 г. Основным источником угроз безопасности для ФРГ и ЕС документ определяет Российскую Федерацию |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the problem of the development by the German leadership of the National Security Strategy of the Federal Republic of Germany as the first document in the history of post-war Germany that defines an integrated approach to security problems. Adopted in June 2023, the document reflected the approach to securitization of German foreign and domestic policy, which became widespread against the backdrop of the escalation of the Ukrainian crisis in February 2022. The document identifies the Russian Federation as the main source of security threats for Germany and the EU |
