| Abstract: | Изучена эволюция системы ассоциаций коммун Франции с 1960-х гг. по настоящее время. С помощью анализа стандартных показателей рассмотрено, как власти ассоциаций получили достаточные финансовые и демографические возможности для реализации межкоммунального сотрудничества на местном уровне. Выявлено, что ассоциации коммун были разделены на 4 типа в зависимости от уровня урбанизированности территории, и что они были укрупнены для повышения экономических и демографических характеристик |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to study the system of associations of French communes since the 1960s until now. Using the analysis of standard indicators, it is examined how the associations’ authorities got sufficient financial and demographic capabilities to implement intercommunal cooperation at the local level. It was revealed that commune associations were divided into 4 types depending on the level of urbanization of the territory and that they were consolidated to improve their economic and demographic characteristics |
