| Abstract: | Статья подготовлена по итогам разработки проекта концепции Рекомендаций по нормативному регулированию международного академического обмена в рамках реализации Программы разработки в 2023–2025 годах проектов модельных законодательных актов и других документов Межпарламентской Ассамблеи СНГ, инициированных Советом Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации для сближения и гармонизации законодательств государств – участников СНГ, утвержденной решением Совета палаты Совета Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации (протокол заседания Совета палаты от 22 декабря 2022 г. № 25/8-сп). В работе представлена концепция сближения законодательства государств–участников СНГ в целях формирования нового механизма правового регулирования международного академического обмена. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is based on the results of a draft concept of Regulatory recommendations of international academic exchange within the framework of the implementation of the Program for the development in 2023−2025 of draft model legislative acts and other documents of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, initiated by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for rapprochement and harmonization legislation of the CIS member states, approved by the decision of the Council of the Chamber of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (meeting of the Council of the Chamber of December 22, 2022 No. 25/8-SP). The paper presents the concept of approximation of legislation of the CIS member states in order to form a new mechanism for the legal regulation of international academic exchange. |
