Обращается внимание на отсутствие необходимых правовых норм, регламентирующих порядок производства по уголовному делу, а также участия представителя умершего подсудимого в судебном разбирательстве. На основе анализа судебной практики делается вывод о необходимости внесения изменений в Уголовно-процессуальный кодекс Российской Федерации в части регламентации порядка рассмотрения судом уголовного дела в отношении умершего подсудимого.ru
