| Abstract: | В статье анализируется роль педагогических курсов в системе профессиональной подготовки учителей Беларуси в начале ХХ в. Дана характеристика нормативно-правовой базы создания и деятельности курсов, их материальной обеспеченности, организации учебного процесса, а также развитию сети этих учебных заведений. Сделан вывод, что, несмотря на короткий срок обучения и недостаток средств на эффективную организацию учебных занятий, в рассматриваемый период педагогические курсы являлись учреждением не только желательным, но и необходимым |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the role of pedagogical courses in the system of professional training of teachers in Belarus at the beginning of the twentieth century. The characteristics of the regulatory framework for the creation and operation of courses, their material security, the organization of the educational process, as well as the development of the network of these educational institutions are given. It is concluded that, despite the short duration of training and the lack of funds for the effective organization of training sessions, during the period under review, pedagogical courses were not only desirable, but also necessary |
