| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены актуальные проблемы сотрудничества и совместной деятельности таможенных органов со следователем при расследовании и предупреждении таможенных преступлений, особенности правового регулирования и практической реализации таможенными органами поручений следователя по уголовным делам. В статье конкретизируются взаимоотношения следователя с таможенными органами при направлении поручений и их реализации, вносятся предложения о совершенствовании правового регулирования соответствующих правоотношений. Рассмотрены и определены задачи, цели и порядок реализации таможенными органами таких поручений. Сделаны предложения о характере и основаниях направления поручений следователя таможенным органам, конкретизируется содержание поручений и поэтапность их практической реализации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the current problems of cooperation and joint activities of customs authorities with the investigator in the investigation and prevention of customs crimes, the specifics of legal regulation and practical implementation by customs authorities of the instructions of the investigator in criminal cases. The article specifies the relationship of the investigator with the customs authorities when sending orders and their implementation, and makes proposals to improve the legal regulation of the relevant legal relations. The tasks, goals and procedure for the implementation of such orders by customs authorities have been considered and defined. Proposals are made on the nature and grounds for sending the investigator's instructions to the customs authorities, the content of the instructions and the step-by-step nature of their practical implementation are specified |
