| Abstract: | Для белорусской институциональной системы характерны как экономические отношения по поводу планово-убыточных предприятий, так и социально ответственного бизнеса. В данном исследовании установлены причины существования и разработана модель функционирования планово-убыточных субъектов хозяйствования, что позволило автору обосновать особенности реализации параметрических, структурных и институциональных реформ. Автором предложен градуалистический сценарий установления доминирования института социально ответственного бизнеса вместо реализации парадигмы планово-убыточного предприятия в белорусской институциональной системе. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The institutional system of the Republic of Belarus includes economic relations regarding planned unprofitable enterprise and socially responsible business. The author analyzed the functioning of planned unprofitable organizations, and author formulated the model of a planned unprofitable enterprise. This study allowed author to substantiate the features of parametric, structural and institutional reforms in the economy. The author proposed a gradualist version of the introduction of the institution of socially responsible business instead of the model of a planned unprofitable enterprise in the Belarusian institutional system. |
