| Abstract: | В данной статье дается понятие цифровизации, описываются проблемы кадров в эпоху развития цифровой трансформации, а также раскрываются пути решения данной проблемы. С ростом развития информационных технологий возрастает роль человека в области цифровизации. Однако на смену человеческому труду приходят машины и роботы, что вытесняет и сокращает количество рабочих мест в компании. Статья призвана детально раскрыть основные кадровые проблемы и определить меры, которые необходимо предпринять компании, чтобы сохранить рабочие места |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article gives the concept of digitalization, describes the problems of personnel in the era of digital transformation, and also reveals ways to solve this problem. With the increasing development of information technologies, the role of man in the field of digitalization increases. However, human labor is being replaced by machines and robots, which displaces and reduces the number of jobs in the company. The article is recognized to reveal in detail the main personnel problems and what measures the company needs to take to save jobs |
