| Abstract: | Данная статья исследует предпосылки диверсификации бенчмарков с целью повышения конгруэнтности связей между индикаторами и бизнес-процессами. В статье разъясняется, как диверсификация способствует повышению конгруэнтности, подробно рассматривается роль управления рисками, даются подробные рекомендации по диверсификации бенчмарков и описываются последствия диверсификации бенчмарков, после чего формируются выводы об отражении диверсификации бенчмарков на конгруэнтность связей индикатор-бизнес |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article explores the prerequisites for the diversification of benchmarks in order to increase the congruence of links between indicators and business processes. The article explains how diversification contributes to increasing congruence, examines in detail the role of risk management, gives detailed recommendations on the diversification of benchmarks and describes the consequences of the diversification of benchmarks, after which conclusions are formed about the reflection of the diversification of benchmarks on the congruence of indicator-business relationships |
