| Abstract: | Целью исследования являлось построение целостного подхода для успешного проведения цифровой трансформации бизнеса. В настоящей статье рассмотрены различные определения термина «цифровая трансформация», сформулированы основные проблемы осуществления цифровой трансформации бизнеса. Для решения выявленных проблем предложено использование целостного подхода. Результаты, изложенные в данной статье применимы для всех отраслей экономики и могут быть использованы менеджментом организаций, которые планируют начать цифровую трансформацию |
| Abstract (in another language): | The aim of the present paper is to present a holistic approach for the successful implementation of digital business transformation. This article discusses various approaches to the definition of the term «digital transformation». The study also formulated the problems faced by organizations during digital transformation. As a solution to the problem posed, the use of a holistic approach. The results presented in this article are applicable for all industry sectors and can be used by the management of organizations that plan to embark on digital transformation |
