| Abstract: | Инновационно-технологическое развитие стало причиной формирования новых требований к качеству трудовых ресурсов. Рынок труда столкнулся с проблемой кадрового обеспечения высокотехнологичных отраслей экономики, где причиной диспропорцией спроса и предложения стало несоответствие знаний и навыков в результате цифровой трансформации отраслей экономики. В данной связи стоит отметить роль человеческого капитала в новых условиях, в воспроизводстве которого основную роль играет система непрерывного профессионального образования. Существующие проблемы напрямую влияют на устойчивость региональных экономических систем, что, в свою очередь, определяет актуальность рассмотрения данного вопроса и поиска возможных решений |
| Abstract (in another language): | Innovative and technological development has become the reason for the formation of new requirements for the quality of labor resources. The labor market is faced with the problem of staffing high-tech sectors of the economy, where the cause of the imbalance between supply and demand is the mismatch of knowledge and skills as a result of the digital transformation of sectors of the economy. In this regard, it is worth noting the role of human capital in the new conditions, in the reproduction of which the system of continuous professional education plays a major role. Existing problems directly affect the stability of regional economic systems, which, in turn, determines the relevance of considering this issue and searching for possible solutions |
