| Abstract: | Статья посвящена рассмотрению изменений в законодательстве в области иностранных инвестиций в Китайской Народной Республике. Особое внимание уделено положениям Закона Китайской Народной Республики “Об иностранных инвестициях” и Административного регламента “О реализации Закона Китайской Народной Республики “Об иностранных инвестициях”. Выделяются прогрессивные нововведения. Делаются заключения о возможностях дальнейшего развития законодательства в области иностранных инвестиций |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the consideration of changes in the legislation in the field of foreign investment in the People's Republic of China. Particular attention is paid to the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China "On Foreign Investment" and the Administrative Regulations "On the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China "On Foreign Investment". Progressive innovations are highlighted. Conclusions are made about the possibilities of further development of legislation in the field of foreign investment |
