| Abstract: | В статье исследуются особенности сотрудничества Китая и России в области информационной безопасности в рамках Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС), в основном анализируется соглашение о сотрудничестве, подписанное Китаем и Россией в рамках ШОС, решение кризиса информационной безопасности, осуществимость и будущая тенденция развития. С учетом вызовов, с которыми сталкивается нынешнее мироустройство в условиях кризиса геополитики и гибридных войн, в статье анализируется, что китайско-российское сотрудничество в области информационной безопасности в таких условиях является положительным фактором для поддержания мировой стабильности. Объектом исследования являются информационная безопасность. Целью статьи состоит в выявлении особенностей и будущих возможностей тенденции сотрудничества Китая и России в области информационной безопасности в рамках ШОС |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article explores the features of cooperation between China and Russia in the field of information security within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), mainly analyzes the cooperation agreement signed by China and Russia in the framework of the SCO, the solution to the information security crisis, the feasibility and future development trend. The object of research is information security. Taking into account the challenges faced by the current world order in the context of the crisis of geopolitics and hybrid wars, the article analyzes that Sino-Russian cooperation in the field of information security in such conditions is a positive factor for maintaining global stability. The purpose of the article is to identify the features and future opportunities of the trend of cooperation between China and Russia in the field of information security within the framework of the SCO |
