| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены аспекты влияния США на формирование деловой культуры Японии после Второй мировой войны. В частности рассмотрены основные изменения в принципах управления внутри больших объединений предприятий – переход от вертикального принципа управления дзайбацу к горизонтальному принципу управления кэйрэцу. Рассмотрено влияние американского специалиста по менеджменту Уильяма Деминга, предложившего принципы изменения производства и корпоративного управления, положенные в основу производственной системы Тойоты, формирующей корпоративную культуру послевоенной Японии |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes aspects of the influence of the United States of America on the formation of business culture in Japan after the Second World War. In particular, the main changes in the principles of management within large associations of enterprises are considered - the transition from the vertical principle of zaibatsu management to the horizontal principle of keiretsu management. We also considered the influence of the American management specialist William Deming, who proposed the principles of changing production and corporate governance, which are the basis of the Toyota production system, which forms the corporate culture of post-war Japan |
