| Abstract: | This paper proposes general approaches to the process of collecting information with a focus on use of BigData and IoT technologies. As a basis for the proposed approaches, the implemented heat supply management systems developed by the Scientific Research Center for ACS TEP of the Belarusian National Technical University are used. Further directions of research of the developed systems are indicated. |
