| Abstract: | В статье проведен ретроспективный анализ подходов к оценке экономического потенциала национальной экономики. Авторами рассмотрена эволюция подходов к оценке экономической динамики, исследованы «проблемные точки» ранее действующих подходов в рамках современного состояния экономического развития стран с учетом технологической трансформации. Рассмотрены основные позиции индекса производственного потенциала, предложенного Конференцией ООН по торговле и развитию (ЮНКТАД) по Республике Беларусь и Российской Федерации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses a retrospective analysis of approaches to assessing the economic potential of the national economy. The authors considered the evolution of approaches to assessing economic dynamics, investigated the «problem points» of previously existing approaches within the framework of the current state of economic development of countries, taking into account technological transformation. The main positions of the productive potential index proposed by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation are considered |
