Abstract:	В статье анализируется экономическая политика Китайской Народной Республики и Российской Федерации в рамках ШОС. Дается оценка взаимодействию экономической политики стран. Сделан вывод о том, что на раннем этапе КНР и РФ достигли консенсуса по вопросу создания экономических механизмов и поиска общих торговых интересов в рамках ШОС. В последующий период, исходя из государственного интереса и содействия росту национальной экономики, Китай последовательно предлагал «Экономический пояс Шелкового пути» и «Морской Шелковый путь XXI века», а Россия предложила сопряжение Евразийского экономического союза и инициативы «Один пояс, один путь». Новая экономическая политика придает новый импульс и жизненную силу региональному экономическому сотрудничеству и в то же время осложняет процесс реализации вышеуказанных программ на пространстве ШОС.
Abstract (in another language):	This article analyzes the economic policy of the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation within the framework of the SCO. An assessment is given of the interaction between the economic policies of China and Russia within the framework of the Organization. The problems of economic cooperation of the SCO are revealed. The conclusion of the study is that at an early stage, the PRC and the Russian Federation reached a consensus on the creation of economic mechanisms and the search for common trade interests within the SCO. In the subsequent period, based on the state interest and promoting the growth of the national economy, the People’s Republic of China has consistently proposed the «Silk Road Economic Belt» and «21st Century Maritime Silk Road». And the Russian Federation proposed pairing the Eurasian Economic Union and the One Belt, One Road initiative. These new economic policies give new impetus and vitality to regional economic cooperation, while at the same time complicating the process of implementing the above programs in the SCO space.
