| Abstract: | В работе в рамках процессно-системной методологии представлена экономико-математическая модель динамики односекторной экономики в условиях технологических трансформаций в виде гибридной быстро-медленной системы с запаздыванием и управлением. Параметрами модели являются как известные макроэкономические индикаторы, так и новые, разработанные автором: динамический индикатор приведенного роста внутренних инвестиций, интегральный индикатор потенциала технологического сдвига. Разработаны методики оценки данных индикаторов, по которым произведена их апробация для экономики Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the work, an economic-mathematical model of the dynamics of a single-sector economy in the context of technological transformations is presented, using process-system methodology. It has the form of a hybrid fast-slow system with delay and control. The parameters of the model are both well-known macroeconomic indicators and new ones developed by the author, such as dynamic indicator of domestic investment growth and an integral indicator of the technological shift potential. Techniques for evaluating these indicators have been developed, according to which they have been tested for the economy of the Republic of Belarus |
