| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются сложности межпоколенческой коммуникации на рабочем месте. Проблемы вызваны рядом причин. У молодых поколений есть ряд стереотипов, касающихся старших поколений, которые могут приводить к конфликтам на рабочем месте. Одна группа стереотипов связана с различиями в навыках использования технологий и знания современных реалий. Другие отличия включают использование более официального консервативного языка и устаревших слов более старшими поколениям наряду с меньшей свободой при выражении своих взглядов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the difficulties in intergenerational communication in the workplace. The difficulties are caused by a number of reasons. Younger generations have certain stereotypes about older generations which may lead to conflicts in the workplace. One group of stereotypes is related to the differences in the use of technologies, knowledge of modern realities. Other key differences include the use of more official and conservative language and outdated words by older generations along with their limited freedom in expressing their thoughts |
