Abstract:	В условиях современного фондового рынка существует очевидная взаимосвязь между финансовыми решениями менеджмента компаний и доходами ее акционеров , владельцев простых акций компаний. Поэтому дивидендная политика играет важнейшую роль во взаимоотношениях компаний с акционерами и во многом определяет, как, в частности, рынок акций реагирует на результаты деятельности конкретной компании
Abstract (in another language):	In the conditions of the modern stock market, there is an obvious relationship between the financial decisions of the management of companies and the income of its shareholders, owners of ordinary shares of companies. Therefore, the dividend policy plays a crucial role in the connecting companies with shareholders and largely determines how, in particular, the stock market reacts to the performance of a particular company
