| Abstract: | За последние несколько лет представления о мире и выработке реакции на события, происходящие в нем, менялись уже дважды: нестабильный мир VUKA превратился в хрупкий и тревожный BANI, который, в свою очередь, в 2022 г. – в беспощадного и жестокого SHIVA. Вместе с этим изменились и требования к руководителям: два года назад стратегическое антикризисное управление было одной из ключевых компетенций, но в настоящее время гораздо актуальнее гибкость, адаптивность, эмоциональный интеллект, стрессоустойчивость, способность мгновенно принимать управленческие решения, не имея достаточно временных ресурсов для раздумий. Данные условия требуют значительных изменений в традиционном управленческом мышлении |
| Abstract (in another language): | Over the past few years, ideas about the world and the development of a reaction to events taking place in it have already changed twice: the unstable world of VUKA has turned into a fragile and disturbing BANI, which, in turn, in 2022, into a merciless and cruel SHIVA. At the same time, the requirements for managers have changed: two years ago, strategic crisis management was one of the key competencies, but now flexibility, adaptability, emotional intelligence, stress tolerance, the ability to make management decisions instantly without having enough time resources for reflection are much more relevant.
