| Abstract: | В статье проведен анализ современных тенденций развития бизнес-процессов страховщиков, их развитие под влиянием цифровизации. Выявлены особенности трансформации бизнес-процессов страховщиков. Рассмотрены подходы к определению понятия страховая экосистема, а также предложено авторское определение данного понятия. Предложена авторская модель функционирования страхового рынка с применением экосистемного подхода |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the current trends in the development of insurers’ business processes, their development under the influence of digitalization. The peculiarities of transformation of insurers’ business processes are revealed. Approaches to the definition of the insurance ecosystem concept are considered, as well as the author’s definition of this concept is proposed. The author’s model of the insurance market functioning using an ecosystem approach is proposed |
