| Abstract: | Статья посвящена вопросам формирования новой модели Национальной системы квалификаций (НСК) как условия развития и увеличения человеческого капитала. Рассмотрена проблема занятости населения в зависимости от уровня образования и квалификации работников. Отмечено наличие дисбаланса спроса и предложения рабочей силы на рынке труда Республики Беларусь в профессионально-квалификационном разрезе. Показано, что внедрение новых элементов Национальной системы квалификаций позитивно повлияет на уровень подготовки кадров и структуру занятости населения, что будет способствовать увеличению объема и повышению качества человеческого капитала |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the formation of a new model of the National Qualifications System as a condition for the development and increase of human capital. The problem of employment population depending on the level of education and qualifications of workers is considered. It is noted an professional and qualifications imbalance in the demand and supply of labor in the labor market of the Republic of Belarus. Also it is shown that the introduction of new elements of the National Qualifications System will have a positive effect on the level of training and the structure of employment, which will contribute to an increase in the volume and quality of human capital. |
