| Abstract: | Инновационная экономика диктует новые условия развития системы образования, поскольку новые отрасли могут развиваться только при наличии в стране кадров, владеющих новыми компетенциями и квалификациями. В статье рассматриваются особенности функционирования отечественной и западной систем образования с позиций того, каким образом они обеспечивают соответствие выпускаемых специалистов по квалификации, компетенциям и количеству потребностям предприятий и организаций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Innovative economy dictates new conditions for educational system development, as new industries can develop only if the country has personnel with new competencies and qualifications. The article considers the peculiarities of domestic and Western educational systems functioning from the position of how they ensure that the graduated specialists by qualifications, competences and quantity meet the needs of enterprises and organizations. |
