| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты создания и развития СССР в 20-30-ые гг. ХХ в. Делается вывод о том, что условия строительства советского федерализма предопределили трансформацию проекта федерализации в сторону усиления централизованных начал в развитии СССР, способствовали реализации плана автономизации и оформлению по сути регионального государства |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the creation and development of the USSR in the 20-30s of the twentieth century. It is concluded that the conditions of the construction of Soviet federalism predetermined the transformation of the federalization project towards strengthening centralized principles in the development of the USSR, contributed to the implementation of the plan of autonomization and the formation of an essentially regional state |
