| Abstract: | В статье проанализированы этапы развития семейной политики СССР, тенденции трансформации института семьи и брака. Показаны изменения в связи с принятием Указов Президиума Верховного Совета СССР 1944, 1955 гг., закона СССР 1936 г., Кодекса о браке и семье 1969 г. Рассмотрены основные вопросы улучшения демографической ситуации в послевоенное время. Выделены основные факторы, влияющие на сохранение брака и семьи, деторождаемости. Подчеркивается значение советской семьи, даны рекомендации сохранения семейных ценностей, которые актуальны и в наши дни в традиционном понятии института семьи и брака |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the stages of development of family policy in the USSR, the trends of development of the transformation of the institution of family and marriage. The changes connected with the adoption of the Decrees of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1944 and 1955, the USSR law of 1936, the Code on Marriage and Family of 1969 are shown. The main questions of improving the demographic situation in the postwar period are considered. The main factors influencing the preservation of marriage, family and fertility are highlighted. The importance of the Soviet family is emphasized, recommendations for the preservation of family values, which are relevant today in the traditional concept of the institution of family and marriage, are given |
