| Abstract: | Исследуемая статья посвящена роли человеческого капитала в национальной экономике Республики Беларусь. Особое внимание уделяется инвестициям в человеческий капитал и раскрывается сущность, кроме того, определяется их значимость при социально-экономическом развитии страны. В связи с этим выявлены трудности сохранения, накопления и рационального задействования человеческого капитала, занимающего место фундаментального и ведущего стратегического ресурса становления экономики и общества в целом |

Special attention is paid to investments in human capital and the essence is revealed, in addition, their significance in the socio-economic development of the country is determined. In this regard, the difficulties of preserving, accumulating and rational use of human capital, which occupies the place of a fundamental and leading strategic resource for the formation of the economy and society as a whole, are revealed |
